About

I want to provide the legal services you actually need.

My name is Sara Stertz, and I enjoy solving problems, telling stories, and teaching. Frequently, those three items overlap. Some people need more problems to be solved; others need more explanations of legal terminology. Nobody needs to be left wondering what they just signed, or why they signed it. Nobody needs to be told to follow a court order they don’t understand. And nobody wants to be sold something they don’t need.

Since 2013, I have been representing individuals involved in criminal, traffic, and family court proceedings, and have been drafting wills and advance directives. I now enjoy acting as Guardian ad Litem in family matters in addition to representing parents, and I have expanded my estate planning practice to include trusts and non-probate transfers.

When I am not serving clients, I enjoy spending time with my family; serving as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church in Neenah; watching the Badgers, Brewers, and Packers; and supporting local coffee shops.
